P.S.: It should be noted that any time we ask for "knees straight" at the top of a lift, we will also require full hip opening ("hips straight") to complete the move at the top (example: power clean, any kind of squat, etc).

2015 updates: If an athlete's thrown med-ball contacts ABOVE the required target height for wall-balls, it WILL count as a GOOD rep. Female athletes- this means you.
