Sunday Morning (Day 2) schedule:
7:00 am: Arrival time for check-in station team.
7:30-8:25 am: athlete number re-marking. This is for if your number wore off and you need to have it re-done; if your number/letter is still strongly visible, you don't need to do this. OR, you can re-mark your own arms and calves if you like. Just be really, really, really sure to do the same number and letter that you had before.
7:30 am: Bar and Bumper Team start arranging the equipment for the warmup area (athletes, you don't have to be involved in this of course).
8:00 am: Judges' meeting in the main gym.
8:25 am: Orientation to Event 4, in the main gym. Q & A. Review of movement standards.
8:40 am: First heats of the day are sent to the warm-up area to prepare.
9:00 am: First heat of the day begins, in Mens' Scaled.
